Capt. Becker

Bringing a distinguished military record to the ARC, Becker was accustomed to a "shoot first, ask questions later" style. When the ARC was privatized, Becker resigned from the military to assume the role of "Head of Security." He continues to maintain a security presence at incursions, and the team's safety is still his priority. After the previous year's tragedies, he adamantly opposes anyone going through anomalies.

Ben Mansfield

Ben Mansfield is an English actor, best known for playing Captain Becker in the ITV sci-fi drama Primeval. Mansfield was spotted for the role when auditioning for future BBC series Merlin. The casting director, who also worked as the casting director for Primeval, suggested that he come along to audition for Captain Becker. Since the 3rd Season's debut, he has played the character of Captain Becker, chief of a special unit from military which works with the ARC.
