In the spirit of Kidd Video (and supposedly an alternative to New Kids on the Block), the Guys Next Door was about five guys who lived in a huge house. The show consisted of comedy skits and music videos, which starred the Guys themselves. It only lasted 1 season on NBC (Saturday mornings; 1990-1991). Consisted of 15 episodes.
What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular
subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to
join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved
fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject.

I have to admit, I was fan. Before *NSYNC, and about the same time as New Kids on the Block, were the Guys Next Door. Thinking back on it, the show was VERY cheesy with lame skits but thrown in with some music and some videos, and not a bad way to spend a Sat. morning. And I thought Damon and Chris were cute!
I got to meet them back in the day at a record store. I got them to sign the lyrics to the cassette (!!) I had of them. Except for Patrick - we were ushered quickly though the line and he was looking/reading what he was signing from a fan in front of us and we couldn't wait anymore, so we skipped him and went to Damon, then Chris, Bobby and then Eddie (scary how I remember the order they were in!) they signed, took a few pics (which I will scan and share with the site soon!) and left. Quick, but fun :)
